And does your business still have as much relevance as it did a month ago?
A lot has changed in the last 3 weeks - so much so that the business that you used to conduct may not be as valuable anymore because the world has moved on from where it was...and could possibly never go back to how it was before.
So more accurately it might be better to think of it as; 'What business were you in?
The question/s then evolve into:
What business should you be in now?
Who are your customers now?
What do they need now?
How will you create and develop unique value under the new set of conditions that now exist?
When conditions change so radically around you. it's vital to re-orientate yourself and relook at the answers that you used to be able to give so easily.
