Things are getting real in the US Presidential election race.

For the first time ever, the Beastie Boys have licenced on of their songs for an ad campaign.

The campaign in question - is one trying to get Joe Biden elected as the next US President.

The ad campaign focuses on how the COVID-19 shutdowns have decimated the live music industry. The ad features a club in Ann Arbor, Michigan, the Blind Pig, that remains shuttered this year after a 50-year run as a pillar of the community, which the owner blames on what he considers Donald Trump’s shortsighted response to the coronavirus crisis.

Now we're just waiting for the Foo Fighters to pick a side and send this thing home.
