The McDonald's Happy Meal has always been a marketing coup for the brand when it comes to appealing to children.

But with pandemic lockdowns and the ongoing global concern for the health of elderly folk during this time - McDonald's in Sweden saw an opportunity to turn the Happy Meal around and offer a new Happy Meal Senior version.

The new Happy Meal offers children the opportunity to draw their self-isolating grandparents a card, and have it safely delivered to the old people stuck at home in quarantine.

It's a nice touch and a sweet, heartwarming twist on an old theme.
