The sheer audacity of it
If you're aspirations don't offend somebody, then keep trying until they do.
Imagine dreaming a dream so big that others take offence to just how big it is.
The sheer audacity of it, it's very existence, shocks people so much that you are labeled rude and disrespectful.
Your flagrant disregard for the status quo, your contempt for industry 'best practice' earns you scorn and a quite chortle in polite company.
Starting a venture with the intention of matching the status quo is a guaranteed recipe for generating a yawn. If you're stupid enough to take on the world, then at least be stupid enough to believe that you can change it.
If your aspirations don't scare the hell out of you, then how will they get attention from anyone else.
The important lens here is audacity; to be audacious...to dream a dream that far exceeds your current level of performance.
The future belongs to those who yearn for the seemingly improbable and then go about realising it to be true.
