Pinterest have announced that they are now following a new strategy and business model in an audacious play to secure a bigger piece of the US$550billion global digital advertising pie.

Currently Pinterest only has a 0.5% market share of the total ad spend channelled towards digital advertising, but new CEO Bill Ready and his team have some ideas as to how to change that.
