How our levels of anxiety dictate how we design our solutions

South Africa is an anxious place.

It influences how we design our cities, it's the platform on which our businesses succeed or fail.

Understanding how this anxiety is created, spread and reinforced is vital for successfully designing strategies under these conditions.

I chatted to Prof Nicky Falkof about her research into our national past time; fear.
