Future fitness

Working towards your goals for the future is not something that you casually think about once in a while, and then somehow achieve.

Realising your goals for the future takes a lot of work, a lot of daily practice.

The term 'future fitness' is thrown around quite a lot these days.

Many people believe that achieving 'future fitness' means that you simply adopt new technologies and retrain people with new skills once - and then your future fitness is neatly delivered as a consequence.

Fitness however needs to be worked on every single day.

Anyone who has ever trained to run a marathon will tell you that you never really ever achieve everlasting fitness without daily practice; which is the same as the practice of journeying towards your own, full-potential version of yourself in the future.

Delivering on the future vision outlined in your strategy doesn't happen thanks to a one-off workshop. It takes committed, daily practice; daily focus and work.
